Service Provider(SP) Engagement Specialist
    The SP Engagement Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Service Providers (SPs) and ensuring that SP-related processes, communication, and compliance are aligned with Lithium Urban Technologies policies. The role includes driving technology adoption, managing the SP lifecycle, supporting city leads, tracking productivity, and providing regular reports on SP performance. The individual will also focus on identifying gaps for improvement and supporting training initiatives to enhance SP and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:1. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Service Providers (SPs). Address SP grievances while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.2. Technology Adoption: Ensure 100% tech adoption in managing the SP lifecycle, including onboarding, performance tracking, and other processes.3. Communication and Safety: Facilitate regular communication with SPs, operations teams, and ensure alignment on process and safety standards.4. SP Engagement & Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies for SP engagement activities and SP lifecycle management.5. City Lead Support: Assist city leads with tasks related to SP management as per company expectations.6. Productivity and Planning: Monitor and track SP productivity, assist in planning SP requirements, and ensure optimal model utilization.7. Attrition Monitoring: Track SP attrition, analyze trends, and publish regular reports on the same.8. Performance Reporting: Present updates on SP performance, including incentives, penalties, behavioral patterns, and engagement activities.9. Maintain full control of SP-related MIS (Management Information System).10. Audit Support: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, data, and process understanding regarding SPs.11. Process Improvement: Identify process gaps and potential opportunities for improvement in SP management and operations.12. Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to SP-related compliance policies and guidelines.13. Training and Development: Develop a training calendar for SPs and operational employees, coordinating with internal/external trainers for implementation.14. Market and Operational Awareness: Stay informed about market trends related to SPs and basic operational requirements.15.
