The Opportunity:
Hitachi Energy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Project Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating service projects related to transformers and high voltage systems, ensuring efficient project execution and customer satisfaction.
How you’ll make an impact:
You will coordinate and manage service projects from initiation to completion, develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
You will monitor project progress, ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and field service teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
You will prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and records, identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and provide technical support and guidance to field service teams.
You will conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Your background:
You hold a full-time degree certificate.
Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in the energy sector.
Strong understanding of transformers and high voltage systems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
