Job description

Responsibility:

  • Collect, analyse Service Team statistics, create managements reports to determine if Service Team’s goals have been met
  • Generate monthly reports for management
  • Collect, analyse Service Team statistics and report to management to determine if Service Team’s goals
  • Assist in daily Service Team operation
  • Assist to prepare presentation for meetings
  • Send toner quotation to customers upon request
  • Manage the cost control for service operation
  • Assist to manage customer enquiries and complains
  • To attend to technician’s request
  • Other duties as assigned by the Head of Service Division
