- Collect and analyze Service Team statistics for management reports.
- Assist in daily Service Team operations and manage customer inquiries.
- Prepare presentations for meetings and send toner quotations.

- Collect, analyse Service Team statistics, create managements reports to determine if Service Team’s goals have been met
- Generate monthly reports for management
- Collect, analyse Service Team statistics and report to management to determine if Service Team’s goals
- Assist in daily Service Team operation
- Assist to prepare presentation for meetings
- Send toner quotation to customers upon request
- Manage the cost control for service operation
- Assist to manage customer enquiries and complains
- To attend to technician’s request
- Other duties as assigned by the Head of Service Division
