Job description

Basic information:

• Mon - Fri 9.00am - 6.00pm

• Location: Macpherson

• Salary UP $6200

Job scope:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

• Work with End Users and Account Managers to align post-sales expectations.

• Coordinate with service teams and Account Managers to gather all necessary details, proactively addressing any gaps.

• Conduct regular performance reviews with key accounts.

• Partner with the Sales Team to grow post-sales revenue.

• Oversee service delivery operations for local and regional clients.

• Enhance customer service processes, policies, and standards.

• Anticipate client needs and proactively address them.

• Drive business growth by expanding existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.

• Review and manage customer service agreements.

• Ensure service levels meet or exceed performance standards.

• Resolve client complaints by liaising with relevant departments for timely solutions.

• Support leadership in executing strategic growth initiatives.
