Summary of the role

The Service Operations Lead will drive operational excellence by overseeing and optimizing the service functions. In this role, you will lead a team of skilled service professionals, manage maintenance and repair operations to ensure service delivery consistently exceeds customer expectations.

Benefits:

  • Salary: $6000 - $8000 (basic), allowance, AWS, performance bonus

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end maintenance, repair and technical support services.
  • Mentor and develop a team of service engineers and technicians to achieve high performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency , reduce downtime, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Track key performance indicators and lead continuous improvement inititatives.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:
  • Minimum a Degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in service operations, preferably within the heavy machinery, offshore or marine industries.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong background in technical troubleshooting and a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
  • Familiar with industry safety and compliance standards is an advantage.
