Job description

Connect Energy partners with a marine manufacturing company to look for a SERVICE OPERATIONS LEAD to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Provide global service activities according to customer requests and project requirements.
  • Schedule plans so projects worldwide are structured.
  • Coordinate the required manpower, materials, tools, and resources for the execution of service activities.
  • Responsible for all the information documentation concerning the project (internal and external).
  • Handle the administrative completion and billing of work.
  • Monitor service email and hold an emergency phone.
  • Attend service jobs.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering.
  • Good in planning and organizing.
  • Familiar with CRM systems.
  • Experience in drive technology, mechanics, and control systems.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in project planning tools.
  • Able to travel overseas at short notice.
