Connect Energy partners with a marine manufacturing company to look for a SERVICE OPERATIONS LEAD to join their team in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Provide global service activities according to customer requests and project requirements.
- Schedule plans so projects worldwide are structured.
- Coordinate the required manpower, materials, tools, and resources for the execution of service activities.
- Responsible for all the information documentation concerning the project (internal and external).
- Handle the administrative completion and billing of work.
- Monitor service email and hold an emergency phone.
- Attend service jobs.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering.
- Good in planning and organizing.
- Familiar with CRM systems.
- Experience in drive technology, mechanics, and control systems.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in project planning tools.
- Able to travel overseas at short notice.
