Job summary

The successful candidate will prepare and coordinate global service activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements and client requests. Ideal applicants will hold an engineering degree and have a minimum of 5 years' experience in similar roles, as well as a background in drive technology and control systems.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in drive technology, mechanics, and control systems.
• Ability to independently prepare service/commissioning work.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Preparing global service activities according to customer requests and project requirements
• Scheduling plans so projects worldwide were structures
• Coordinating the required manpower, materials, tools and resources for the execution of service activities
• Responsible for all the information documentation concerned the project (internal and external)
• Handling of the administrative completion and billing of work
• Monitor service email and holding emergency phone
• Attend field service jobs

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical / Electronic)
• Min 5 years experience in oil and gas industry on similar roles
• Abe to independently prepare service / commissioning work and coordinate execution
• Ensure that all information is received and processed correctly so that service/ commissioning activities can be performed
• Signal and suggest improvement in business and work processes
• Asked and answer advice to internal clients and clients about work preparation, such as technical details and feasibility
• Evaluation of service/commissioning documentation
• MUST have knowledge and experience in the field of drive technology, mechanics and control systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of project planning tools.
