Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and implement custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform.
  2. Configure ServiceNow applications, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service catalog.
  3. Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript, HTML, and XML for business rules, client scripts, and UI actions.
  4. Develop and manage integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  5. Work with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
  6. Conduct thorough testing of customizations and integrations to ensure functionality and performance meet specifications.
  7. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for custom solutions, configurations, and integrations.
  8. Provide technical support for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
  9. Assist with ServiceNow upgrades and maintenance, including testing and validating new releases and patches.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and business units, to ensure effective solutions and project success.
  11. Follow and promote best practices for ServiceNow development, including coding standards and documentation procedures.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications may be preferred.
  2. Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
