We're Hiring: Service Manager – Engineer Join Our Engineering Team and Power Excellence Behind the Scenes
Are you a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to technical operations? Reporting to the Director of Engineering, we are looking for a highly capable Service Manager – Engineer to lead our hotel’s engineering team, ensuring impeccable standards of maintenance, energy efficiency, and safety.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee operations of all M&E systems including HVAC, electrical, and ELV systems
Drive the preventive maintenance program to achieve optimal equipment performance
Lead and train a dynamic engineering team across multiple technical domains
Champion energy conservation and utility management initiatives
Coordinate property upkeep and manage service delivery with internal and external partners
Uphold fire and life safety protocols, and lead emergency preparedness
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering
3–5 years of experience in industrial or hotel engineering environments
Proven leadership in maintenance planning and staff training
Strong communication, tact, and a goal-oriented mindset
Computer literacy and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
