Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Manager, located in Singapore. The Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of our service team, manage client relationships, coordinate maintenance and repair activities, and ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing service strategies, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards are met.
Qualifications
Experience in service management, project management, and client relationship management
Technical knowledge in mechanical engineering, systems integration, and problem-solving
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
Ability to develop and implement service strategies and processes
Understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
Experience with IBMS or Smart Facility Management Systems is a plus
