Job description

We are looking for a Service Manager at our office in Singapore. This key fixed-term position within Framo involves managing service operations and assisting customers in securing optimal operation of Framo systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing service activities and developing the service market related to Framo pumping systems in the region.
  • Maintaining close cooperation and communication with clients, customer support, and sales departments.
  • Performing technical support and remote troubleshooting for customers, and engaging in customer meetings as necessary.
  • Ensuring the service team has the correct skills and tools for Service, Repair, Reconditioning, Oil Condition Monitoring, Annual Inspections, and Pre-docking Inspections.
  • Developing the service team to achieve organizational goals and providing feedback on products and customer insights to the main office in Norway.

What we require:

  • Strong knowledge of Framo products, Marine, and/or Oil & Gas, with a commercial understanding and experience in contractual work.
  • A BSc or MSc degree in Engineering is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
