A new opportunity has arisen for a skilled Service Management Officer like you, to oversee and bring expertise to our team.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provides 2nd Level technical support focus electronics, electrical and automation (BESS, EnergetIQ, etc.) systems and software support, simulations.
• Fleet monitoring, evaluation of operating data, optimization of systems after commissioning.
• Office technical support for service technicians within APAC region.
• Perform risk assessment (RA) for the commissioning scope, attend toolbox meetings.
• Ensure adherence to QHSE policies.
• Perform FAT and attend SAT depending on project requirements.
• Liaise with "Flying Doc" team and provide instruction of works to Engineers/Technicians.
• Ensure Engineers/Technicians meet the qualifications. Monitor work execution and check work results. Ensure compliance with safety regulations during commissioning. Support Engineers/Technicians in improving their work processes.
• Work with Project Team for day-to-day planning of work during commissioning testing phase, manage schedule, review progress and address interface/implementation/execution issues where necessary.
• Perform pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Remote troubleshooting including complex troubleshooting analysis and customer communication.
• Case Owner to monitor CCC tickets and support APAC countries subsidiaries/distributors/service partners.
• Troubleshoot and optimize plant operation to meet customer-specific requirements and technical availability for new and existing plants.
• Document defects and measures as well as record data and work carried out using service tools and MS Office tools.
• Independently develop solutions to technical problems in cooperation with approval from factory's global service and development team and customers.
• Occasional business trips for coordination, commissioning and project team/customer introductions.
• Ensure quality of completed installations and acceptance of equipment with the end customer.
• Attend to technical inquiries and work with Factory's Global service Level 3 and R&D.
• Assist and work with spare parts and service sales teams on commercial clarification and spare parts identification.
• Advise and support the service sales and sales organization in service and maintenance issues.
• Participate and contribute to review various complex commissioning deliverables, analyze documents, and highlight shortfalls.
• Provide technical clarifications for conversions under service information (CiF).
• Define and coordinate corrective actions in the field in cooperation with technology and quality.
• Analyze and ascertain whether defects are warrantable or chargeable.
• Assist trainer (training center) as requested to conduct customer and distributor basic training on products and troubleshooting.
• Work on assignments as required.

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering or related Engineering Disciplines.
• 5-10 years of related work experience on BESS Equipment and Microgrids.
• Control systems knowledge is a plus.
• Sound knowledge of measurement, control and regulation technology.
• Good IT user skills (e.g., PC internet/router connection).
• Experience related to testing of LV/MV/HV (DC Volts) Switchboards and battery systems.
• Knowledge of SS CP5: Code of Practice for Electrical Installations.
• Preferably possess a LEW license.
• Capable of testing and calibration of BESS Control Panel and Electrical switchboard components, troubleshooting and understanding of system specifications.
