We are looking for a Service Leader, Finance and Admin Executive to join our team!
The Service Leader, Finance and Admin Executive - Finance Shared Service Centre ("FSSC") shall be responsible for providing secretarial support and perform all other duties as required. The incumbent is expected to maintain confidentiality in all matters of such nature, and ensures a smooth workflow in the FSSC.
Key Areas
Office administration
Filing and record management
Secretarial duties
Any other duties as assigned
Key Responsibilities
Assist with office administration duties, which includes distribution of mails / faxes and managing telephone calls where required
Assist with relevant reports for different functions under the FSSC
Keep track of important data and information within FSSC
Assist with secretariat duties, but not limited to which:
Prepare statistical tabulations and reports
Record minutes for meetings
Perform duties as assigned by the Head of FSSC on a daily basis
Key Requirements
At least 2 years' experience in an administrative / secretarial role
Additional knowledge or experience in finance / accounting would be a bonus
Able to work well and interact with all levels of stakeholders
