  1. Represent the restaurant brand and vibe as an ambassador.
  2. Take food and beverage orders from guests.
  3. Serve food and beverages to tables with attention to detail.
  4. Respond promptly to guest requests.
  5. Assess customer preferences and recommend food and beverages accordingly.
  6. Provide a positive, personalized, and friendly guest experience.
  7. Manage cash receipts and guest checks accurately.
  8. Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
  9. Maintain high attention to sections and tables.
  10. Assist with turning tables during service and preparing for the next seating.
  11. Break down and reset the venue after service for the next period.
  12. Coordinate with bar and kitchen staff regarding dietary requirements and menu options.
  13. Support the Restaurant Manager with paperwork, including submitting daily reports.
