Job description

BHME is now seeking a talented and experienced Service & Fleet Manager to join our team in the Kranji North Region, based in Bukit Merah Central Region. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the operations, service, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of heavy vehicles, ensuring their safe and efficient operation.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the Service & Fleet team to oversee vehicle fleet management and maintain fleet compliance.
2. Schedule vehicle maintenance.
3. Conduct fleet reporting and analysis.
4. Manage our smart waste & fleet management IoT software platform.
5. Perform full inspections of vehicles before daily deployment of trucks.
6. Serve as the point of contact between the company and customers.
7. Handle customer service requests, deploy technicians for service calls, activate tow trucks, and follow up with service reports.
8. Prepare daily and monthly vehicle maintenance and parts replacement reports for customers and management.
9. Attend to onsite accidents and record accident reports.
10. Prepare reports on budgeting, schedules, maintenance, and fleet progress for management.
11. Develop methods to reduce OpEx and improve operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum Degree level qualification.
2. At least 5 years of experience in service & fleet management, preferably with heavy commercial vehicles.
3. Proficient in MS Office software.
4. Proficient in conducting presentations.
5. Possess a Class 3 driving license with own vehicle; Class 4 license is a plus.
6. Able to commit to 6 working days a week in a 24/7 operation environment.
