Job summary

Service Field Associate

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Escalator/Lift Service Field Associate to join our team. As a Service Field Associate, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of lifts and escalators. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair elevators, escalators, and other lift systems according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure the proper functioning of lift systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with lift equipment and implement effective solutions.
• Perform regular safety checks and maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work, including parts used and services performed.
• Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively with clients regarding service and maintenance schedules

Requirements:

• Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in any engineering field
• Basic English Proficiency
• Strong technical knowledge of elevator and lift systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards for lift equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.
