Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong digital and analytical skills, with the ability to leverage technology, data, and business tools to support decision-making and drive results.
• Demonstrated marketing knowledge and business acumen, coupled with strong communication and problem-solving abilities in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze internal business performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Support to facilitate the preparation of sales cadence, business review, etc.
• Support Salesforce dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct market research to benchmark industry practices, assess competitive positioning, and identify emerging trends.
• Support automation and digitalisation initiatives to simplify processes and enhance data accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Communicate analytical findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and impact.
