Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • On-site Inspections

    o Conduct on-site inspections of VRV systems to Assess & Troubleshoot reported issues.

    o Collaborate with Sales & Engineering Department to manage complex technical issues.

  • Technical Support

    o Provide Technical expertise to support Dealers & Contractors.

    o Provide Technical support to Sales Department to expand Dealers & Contractors network.

    o Review & Implement corrective actions to strengthen Service teams capabilities.

  • Quality Assurance

    o Identify potential QC issues & communicate with Regional Service Headquarters & QC for resolution.

    o Act as a bridge between Quality Control (QC), facilitating effective communication & collaboration.

    o Collaborate with the Regional Service Headquarters & QC to implement & maintain quality control processes.

    o Monitor & Analyse data to manage quality performance & recommend corrective actions when necessary.

    o Prepare and present quality performance reports to management.

    o Provide Training & Guidance to colleagues & Service teams on Quality Control processes & procedures.

  • Training Support

    o Assist in the scheduling & coordination of training sessions, workshops, & seminars.

    o Provide T&C training to Contractors.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Engineering

  • Minimum 2 years of technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems

  • Able to work independently, pro-active and result driven

  • Strong communication skills

  • Customer service oriented & able to handle difficult customer

  • Able to commence immediately or within short notice
