Job Overview:

As a Service Engineer/ Senior Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuous functionality and optimal performance of AV systems. You will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and calibrate AV systems, including projectors, displays, audio equipment, and control systems.

  • Conduct preventative maintenance, routine inspections, and system upgrades.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, both remotely and on-site.

  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful system integration and client satisfaction.

  • Provide technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Document all service activities, including equipment inventory, maintenance records, and service reports.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to make recommendations for system improvements.

  • Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and certifications.

Qualifications:

  • A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is preferred.

  • Previous experience in AV system installation, maintenance, and support.

  • Proficiency in using various AV equipment, control systems, and software.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.

  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

  • Relevant certifications in the AV industry, such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist), are a plus.
