Job Summary and Key Objectives:
-To provide a good technical service support to customers to achieve company’s goals and objective and supporting company’s business growth plans.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Computer, Microsoft Office
- Able to travel Overseas and on short notice occasionally.
- Preferably specialized in Field Service for SMT and Semiconductor Equipment/Machinery.
- Able to Standby and work on weekend or Public Holidays.
- Training will be provided.
- Only candidates with field service experience will be consider.
- Able to work hands-on and familiar to work in clean-room environment.
- This is a role that requires candidate to be self-orientated and independent.
Key Responsibilities includes:
- Prepare Service jobs and machine parts quotation instruction to Administrator.
- Submit warranty claims to factory on behalf of customer.
- Travel to customer site to perform installation, commissioning, field retrofit, calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repairs of company products.
- Prepare and submit Field service report to customer on-site.
- Prepare and submit technical documents such as commissioning/Installation reports, quality reports, calibration reports, preventive maintenance reports to customers / suppliers.
- Answer customer questions relating to technical and service problems with tactful manner and courtesy. And thus, built good rapport with customers.
- Practice continuous improvement by staying up to date with new knowledge of equipment modifications, new systems, and related technical information.
- To review and improve efficiency on technical service procedures from time to time.
- Conduct technical training for company products to customers or newly joined technical staffs.
- Take initiative to create of additional services or referral of product sales opportunities to the sales team.
- Share customer feedback to colleagues to innovate and create positive long-term benefits.
- Manage all resources, materials and equipment required for each project to deliver the project effectively and efficiently.
- Able to work with Sales team to support for some sales activities.
- Timely report to Service Manager on all service activities situation and updates.
- Assist to Service Manager to manage Master Service activities schedule.

*5-day work week (Monday to Friday. 9am to 6pm)
