A leading company in the Marine Navigation System sector is seeking a dedicated Service Engineer to provide critical support for marine communication and navigation systems. The successful candidate will oversee service and commissioning projects both in Singapore and overseas, requiring independence and sound troubleshooting skills. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in troubleshooting Marine Navigation and Communication Equipment.
  • Experience in Radar and ECDIS systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Position: Service Engineer - MARINE/NAVIGATION
  • Location: Bukit Batok
  • Working hours: 5 days/week (Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5200 + AWS + Bonus + 14 days Annual Leave + Wellness benefits: Extra 2 days Annual Leave & $200 incentives (if eligible)
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: Marine Navigation System - MNC
Main Responsibilities
  • Provide service and commissioning support for marine communication and navigational equipment locally and overseas.
  • Provide advisory and coordinate work carried out by shipyards or contractors.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for assigned projects or service jobs, ensuring adherence to company standards.
Requirements
  • Min ITE certificate/Diploma in electrical/electronic engineering
  • Minimum 2 years experience in troubleshooting Marine Navigation and Communication Equipment
  • Experience in Radar and ECDIS systems is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work overtime and travel overseas at short notice
