Opening Job Opportunity:
We have an opening for a Service Engineer in the Polycold Chiller Division. You will work closely with your team to ensure quality servicing expectations are met. In this role, you will be responsible for:
What You Will Do
Service and repair Polycold Chillers under the guidance and supervision of the Manager and Lead Engineer.
Adhere to quality standards and repair procedures – On-the-job training will be provided.
Perform installation, testing and commissioning of repaired units
Prepare detailed appraisal and service reports
Respond to customer job requests promptly and perform troubleshooting accurately
Work in clean-room facilities, customer plant-site and workshop
Communicate & manage customer’s expectations
Promote safety, assist in improving and ensuring workplace safety
What You Must Have
NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related or similar servicing industry.
Able to be on standby 24/7 based on assigned duty roster
Willing/ able to work overtime as needed
What We Appreciate From You
Able to communicate effectively in English
Good knowledge of mechanical and refrigerant systems
Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Willing to learn new skills and new methodology
Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License (Optional)
