Job summary

A leading company in cargo and load handling equipment is seeking a technician with a strong electrical background and crane maintenance experience. The role involves supervising service activities, performing repairs, and traveling to various job sites in Singapore and overseas. Competitive salary package includes allowances and an annual bonus.

Job description

• Cargo and load handling equipment (world-leading)

• OT + Allowances (gross up $10k)

• *Bonus: 4% per annum

• Office location: Jurong East-International Business Park

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance work for (crane), plus 3rd party maker if needed

• Professionally supervise and/or perform service activities (refurbishment, upgrades, inspections, preventative maintenance and corrective actions).

• Provide information and write reports as required.

• Need to work irregular schedule with short notice at times

• Work environments will be ports, shipyards, anchorage, OPL of Singapore and overseas.

• Sometimes need to travel or follow with vessel for job assignment.

• Comply with all relevant safety and quality requirements.

• Follow all site safety rules, agreed working practices and environmental requirements.

• Recognize service and spares sales opportunities and communicate that to the relevant persons.

• Job management of the subcontractors.

Requirements

• With education/ working experience in electrical background or other relevant field.

• Min 3 years of experience with cranes.
