Service Engineer - Navigation

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with navigation and propulsion control systems.


Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer support, commissioning, and service for Maritime Navigation products in South-East Asia
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Perform workshop tests, technical preparations, and ensure high-performance standards
• Generate service reports, update drawings, and maintain relevant documentation
• Offer remote guidance and product support to customers and backend support to the service team
• Assist the sales department with technical issues and handle administrative tasks
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience with ship navigation systems
• Relevant working experience in the maritime industry is preferred
• On-board system process knowledge, experience with Bridge systems
