Service Engineer (Navigation)

Responsibilities

1. Reporting to the Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, troubleshooting, commissioning and testing navigation systems.
2. Generator service, repair and maintenance service.
3. Attend to emergency repairs.
4. Assist in other duties as directed.
5. Analyse equipment failures to determine the cause and recommend/take corrective actions.
6. Complete all assigned jobs timely and meet customers’ specifications.
7. Attend and carry out rectification works at the site.
8. Carry out standby duties as per roster for urgent service requests outside office hours.
9. Provide customers with continuous technical and operational program support.
