Service Engineer (Marine Crane / VFD / Hydraulics / West / Up 5K + VB)

SINGAPOREANS ONLY

Marine Crane, PLC and hydraulic knowledge required.

Working hours: Mon - Fri 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, OT Payable.

Experience with VFD is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field service attendances to troubleshoot & repair Deck Cranes, Grabs, Windlasses, Hatch Cover Hydraulics, and Davits.
• Able to read and comprehend electric and hydraulic diagrams.
• Supervise and delegate a team of mechanics and carry out large repair projects as Lead Engineer on board, on voyage, and in Ship Yards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a field service engineer in inspection, troubleshooting and repairing Marine Cranes, Windlasses & other hydraulic systems.
• Candidates from MNC companies doing heavy machinery and cranes will be highly considered.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of PLC controlled electro-hydraulic cranes & hydraulic machinery.
• Experience with variable frequency drives (VFD) will be an added advantage.
