Job description

Responsibilities

• The person will be responsible for providing technical and service support to our customers for the process and environmental range of products.
• Prepare service and spare parts quotations to customers enquiries.
• Performing service tasks like in-house repair and on-site commissioning for various gas and water quality analyser.
• Troubleshooting analyser & advising customers on the best solutions in accordance with standard procedures and safety guidelines of Yokogawa
• Creating and maintaining good relationships with customers and provide good services support.
• Liaise and work with customers to address any service concerns and provide solution on the technical problems
• Support project team to perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for project.
• Identifying potential opportunities to get new preventive & maintenance contract.
• Provide product training to end user and channel partner.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering discipline or above
• At least 2 years in process industry in the field of Instrumentation & Control
• Team player with good interpersonal & communication skills
• Candidate with knowledge on gas analysers, CEMS and water quality analyzer would be advantageous.
