Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a seasoned maintenance professional to inspect and manage construction machinery across infrastructure sites. You will diagnose faults, perform minor repairs, and coordinate with external vendors for major servicing.

You will also conduct routine maintenance, prepare audit findings and technical reports, and support equipment evaluation and improvement initiatives to ensure reliability and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in heavy equipment maintenance/management.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for construction equipment.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with site teams and external vendors.
• Solid understanding of equipment specifications, safety standards, and applicable regulations.

• Prepare audit findings and technical reports for management, and support equipment evaluation, vendor assessment, and improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in heavy equipment or machinery maintenance/management.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for construction equipment.
• Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate with site teams and external vendors.
• Solid understanding of equipment specifications, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
