We are looking for Service Engineer (Building Management System) to make an impact!

What will you do?

  • Perform preventive, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance activities, repair and troubleshooting tasks.

  • Possesses the skill set to manage and implement complex project scopes.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, diagnose complex issues, and deliver effective solutions.

  • Deliver quality work on time.

  • Key customer facing person.

  • Achieve high customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure site interventions, repairs, remedy work, and equipment commissioning align with customer expectations.

  • Provide technical support in fulfilling warranty requirements.

  • Maintain all safety gears and test equipment to their standard of use.

  • Comply with Safety and cyber security policies, practices, and procedures.

  • Good technical problem-solving skills and solution recommendation.

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

  • Knowledge and experience in either of the domain - Building management system

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft operating systems and software applications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem solving and detective skills.

  • Ability to work effectively alone and in a group setting, team oriented, self-motivated, and results driven.

  • Fresh University graduates are welcome.
