A leading audiological solutions company in Singapore is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to assist Audiologists in delivering quality hearing care. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Advance Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering, with customer support experience and proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce. This position is 100% onsite and entails troubleshooting, product quality checks, and liaising with internal teams.

This role supports Audiologists in providing high-quality hearing care to patients of all ages. It includes providing Technical and Educational support to our customers across Singapore, liaising directly with SOCV production team and our Singapore customers to deliver quality products to our end-users, and ensuring that our products are registered on a timely manner with HSA (Singapore).
