Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare service and spare parts quotations to customers' enquiries.
- Perform service tasks like in-house repair and on-site commissioning for various gas and water quality analyzers, CEMS, and AQMS.
- Troubleshoot analyzers and advise customers on the best solutions in accordance with standard procedures and safety guidelines.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide good service support.
- Liaise and work with customers to address any service concerns and provide solutions to technical problems.
- Support project teams to perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for projects.
- Identify potential opportunities to secure new preventive and maintenance contracts.
- Provide product training to end users and distributors.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, Science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification).
- Preferably 2-3 years of working experience or more in the analytical instruments or related field.
- Knowledge of gas analyzers, CEMS, and water quality analyzers would be advantageous.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Good planning and time management skills to achieve job efficiency.
- Preferably possess own transport.
