Dash is seeking a curious, motivated Service Engineer – Additive Manufacturing in Singapore. No prior experience required beyond a strong interest in 3D printing and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Build Hands-on Technical Expertise

• Learn to install, calibrate, maintain and troubleshoot a range of cutting-edge additive manufacturing equipment from our global partners.
• Develop practical knowledge of advanced 3D printing technologies through hands‑on exposure and supplier training.

2. Support Customers & Printing Success

• Support customers in achieving successful printing outcomes through on-site service and technical assistance.
• Help customers understand and apply 3D printing technologies effectively.

3. Work with Engineers, Researchers & Manufacturers

• Build relationships with engineers, researchers and manufacturers.
• Understand their applications and support them in using additive manufacturing technologies effectively.

4. Collaborate with Our Team & Global Suppliers

• Work closely with our internal team and suppliers to provide training and demonstrations to end users.
• Participate in training sessions with world-leading suppliers, including limited overseas opportunities, typically once or twice a year.

5. Contribute to the Growth of Our AM Business

• Identify potential areas for growth.
• Contribute ideas that can help expand our additive manufacturing business.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or degree preferred in Engineering, Materials Science or related disciplines — but not essential.
• Hands-on mindset and curiosity about how machines and materials work.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to learning.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
