Service Engineer

Job Description

1. Provide services including but not limited to technical advice, system monitoring and maintenance, troubleshooting, piping & repairing jobs
2. Raise safety awareness at the site and ensure a safe working environment
3. Read and understand all the content, scope of supply, and obligations in the contract
4. Lead and manage subordinates to perform job tasks effectively (meeting quality, agreed timeline & within budgeted cost)
5. Carry out daily job task planning, ensure good housekeeping, and advise clients on parts, plant, or system improvement and best practices
6. Lead and execute Service Jobs within budget, meeting deadline/schedule, safety and quality standards in compliance with the client’s contract
7. Participate in the kick-off meeting and work on the approved budget & proposal
8. Respond promptly to troubleshoot system abnormalities
9. Call monthly meetings to discuss monthly reports, AR & issues arising
10. Ensure the Job order/work order is completed with the Service Report & other necessary documents
11. Assist, schedule, and manage manpower coverage across assigned sites
12. Participate and contribute in sales projects, consumables, and service support
13. Being on-call 24/7 to respond to emergency cases

Requirement

1. Diploma or Degree holder
2. Relevant experience is an add on
