Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support for our Company’s products such as handling their enquiries with tact and courtesy.
  • Perform on-site advice, installation, preventive maintenance and repairs of our Company products.
  • Offer aftersales solutions and training to customers on product features, configuration, usage and maintenance.
  • Proactive in informing customers of additional product and services we offer.
  • Handle all essential resources, materials and equipments for effective and efficient delivery.

Key Competencies

  • Good level of customer service experience.
  • Good communication skills to enable interaction with internal and external customers.

Qualification:

  • NITEC/ Diploma in Engineering/Electrical/Mechanical/Computer-related or equivalent discipline.
  • Candidates without prior working experience are welcome as on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License (Manual).
