• Responsible for installation, commissioning, routine maintenance of scientific equipment.
• Prepare service test reports and service quotations.
• Provide excellent customer service and liaise with suppliers for technical issues.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for installation, commissioning, routine maintenance, trouble-shoot and repair of scientific equipment
• Prepare service test report and IQ/OQ documents for customers
• Prepare service quotation for maintenance and repair works
• Provide excellent customer service through product knowledge, handling customer feedback, prompt response and working closely with sales engineers
• Liaising with principals or suppliers for technical issues
• To take ownership for all assigned projects and assist in other jobs when required

Requirements :

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronic, Material Science Engineering or equivalent
• Able to read schematics diagram and good in computer knowledge
• Relevant work experience is an advantage
• Outgoing, dynamic, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication, technical and planning skills
• A team-player who is willing to learn, resourceful and able to multi-task and excel
• Willing to travel locally and occasionally in the region
• Fast learner as on-the-job training and overseas training will be provided
