Job summary

AUX Group is seeking a Service Engineer in Singapore to support local distributors and drive service excellence for air‑conditioning systems and home appliances.

You will provide technical and after‑sales service, troubleshoot issues, and assist with installation, testing and commissioning where applicable. Fluency in Chinese and English is required, with 2–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC or related fields preferred.

Qualifications

• Singapore citizen or PR; Fluent in Chinese and English
• Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning (RAC) or related technical discipline
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in air-conditioning, HVAC, home appliances or after-sales technical service.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and after-sales service support to customers and business partners.
• Attend to service requests and technical issues raised by customers and business partners.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair and maintenance of air-conditioning systems and home appliances.
• Identify root causes of product and technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support product installation, testing and commissioning where applicable.
• Provide technical advice and product guidance to customers and business partners.
