Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 à 2 ans d'expérience technique dans le service robotique/automatisation.
• Posséder une licence de conduire de classe 3.
• Disponible pour des déplacements dans la région de l'ASEAN.

Responsibilities

• Travailler avec le client sur site pour améliorer les opérations.
• Effectuer des tâches de service sur le terrain et analyser des problèmes techniques.
• Préparer les listes de matériel nécessaires aux activités de service.

This Position reports to:

Service Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

- Work model: Onsite #LI-Onsite

• Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s operations and eliminate pain points.
• Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.
• Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.
• Troubleshooting equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future.

Qualifications for the Role

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of Technical Service experience in Robotics/Automation, candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
• A Team player
• Must be willing to travel within SEA
• Willing to be on standby 24/7
