About You

You play a vital role in day-to-day operations to delight and support the success of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of service technicians to provide maintenance service and other service needs on lifts and escalators.

  • Develop and lead a motivated & productive team focusing on customer centricity.

  • Ensure reliable and prompt service to customers to support the success of their business with minimised downtime on lifts and escalators in their premises.

  • Lead by example on the three absolutes of Otis i.e. Safety, Ethics & Quality

  • Responsible for the wellbeing and career development of team

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any engineering discipline or relevant working experience as Service Ops leader in building industry

  • Positive, self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast & dynamic multicultural work environment which offers unlimited career development opportunities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A people leader
