Job Responsibilities:
- Servicing, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of marine communication and navigation equipment.
- Providing technical support via email and phone to service coordinators.
- Performing job duties at shipyard, anchorage, and overseas locations for installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, repair, and warranty services.
- Ensuring conformance and that test results are consistent.
- Completing installation and commissioning work with proper reports.
- Managing service reports or records related to service, maintenance, warranty, and repairs.
- Liaising with service coordinators and relevant suppliers, providing technical solutions for defect reports, and following up according to customer requirements.
- Having work experience with Radar, EchoSounder, Autopilot, Speedlog, Radio Equipment, MF/HF, VHF, FleetBroadband, VSAT, etc., is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel overseas, especially on short notice.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintaining a good attitude and behavior, representing the company professionally.
