Position: Service Desk Agent (Staggered Shift) (Urgent! ASAP)

Basic Salary: $2600~$2800
Additional Fixed Allowances: $50

Mon - Fri: 8am~6pm (Shift A - DAY)
Mon - Fri: 1pm~10pm (Shift B - EVENING)
Sat: 8.30am~1pm (Fixed HALF DAY)
Location: UPPER CHANGI (EAST)


Talent Competency Wise
• At Least 1 Year & or Onwards Experience in Service Desk / Help Desk Environment.

• Willing to Work Staggered Shifts. (Eg: Mon- Fri 8am~6pm or 8.30am~1pm & Saturday 8.30am-1pm)

• Relevant Technical IT Expertise & Skills. (Eg: Latest Windows, Linux & MAC OS as Highly Preferred)

• Good Telephony Skills. (Eg: Communications Skills, Phone Etiquette, Call Management - Manners)

• Good Problem Solving & Interpersonal Skills (Eg: Self-Awareness, Self-Control, and Motivated in Customer Handling).

• Possess Good Bilingual Communication. (Written & Oral) (Eg: 7~10/10 Smooth Proficiency).

• Demonstrate Proactiveness (Eg: Being Initiative, Tactful Handling & Willingness to Serve)

• Able to Apply Knowledge with Other People, Especially During Crisis Situation.

• Able to Express Oneself Clearly.

•Team Working Environment.


JobScopes Duty Wise

  • Provide 1st Level Technical Support to Users Over Phone, Addressing Technical Issue or Via Remote Assistance Tool & Emails.
  • Escalation, Tracking & Resolution of All Incident/Service Requests/Problems Via Professional & Timely Manner.
  • Maybe Required to Cover On-Site IT Support & If/When Necessary.
  • Ad-Hoc Administrations When Required.
