• Knowledge of LTE, 5G, IMS, SS7, MAP, Diameter, SIP protocols.
• Experience with mobile value-added services and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating products and managing system/network expansion.
• Designing and executing implementation plans considering technical factors.
• Handling operational duties during service failures or outages.

Make an Impact by:

• Evaluating products, implementing upgrades, and managing system/network expansion, support, and monitoring.
• Designing and executing high-quality implementation plans considering technical, business, operational factors, and stakeholder schedules.
• Performing software patching, configuration changes, testing, and rolling out updates and new services.
• Handling operational duties, standby, and escalations during service failures or outages.
• Coordinating with vendors for delivery, testing, and implementation of new software and hardware.
• Collaborating with internal teams for integration, deployment, and implementation.
• Managing multi-vendor/multi-device/platform implementations with dispersed partners and service providers.
• Developing and reviewing test cases based on functionality and operational requirements.
• Participating in tender processes, including preparing specifications and evaluating vendor solutions.
• Managing change, patch, and configuration management processes.
• Leading troubleshooting efforts for complex network environments to identify and resolve issues.
• Conducting root cause analysis for software, hardware, and network faults.
• Supporting Product teams in launching new CPaaS services.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Skills for Success:
