Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of IT and networking services, ensuring SLAs are met and exceeded.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling service expectations, escalations, and relationship management.
  • Oversee incident and problem resolution, ensuring service disruptions are minimized.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize service performance.
  • Provide detailed service performance reports and drive process improvements.
  • Manage contracts and SLAs, ensuring compliance and successful renewals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Service Delivery, IT Operations, or Network Infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of networking technologies, cloud solutions, and managed services.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder and vendor management.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CCNA, or CCNP are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
