Job description

We are looking for a System Delivery Manager, leading a team of maintenance engineers providing maintenance services to stakeholders according to SLA.

Responsible for overall planning, executing, monitoring and controlling the maintenance project, particularly in the areas of Service Level Performance

Requirements:

Have experience with managing and planning the following:

Routined Maintenance Management

Change Request Management

Service Request Management

Inventory/Asset Management

Service Continuity and Availability

Incident Management, Problem Management

Obsolescence Management

Produce monthly reports on the maintenance details

Communicate with Stakeholders

Able to work in a dynamic environment;

Familiar with CII Systems, preferred.
