Job description

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm.

Location: walking distance from Jurong East MRT.

Job Scopes:

  1. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful IT solutions with high customer satisfaction.
  2. Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to foster learning and drive results.
  3. Act as the main liaison between business and IT for clear, cohesive communication.
  4. Oversee IT backlogs and manage project tasks, including fixes and enhancements.
  5. Drive Agile practices for efficient and timely delivery.
  6. Ensure projects meet deadlines, scope, and budget through strong coordination.
  7. Manage customer expectations and ensure satisfaction with a client-first mindset.
  8. Build and maintain strong client relationships as the key point of contact.
  9. Ensure adherence to PMO standards and resolve issues proactively.
  10. Optimize budget and resource allocation for service delivery.
  11. Ensure compliance with regulations and implement security measures.
  12. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. At least Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  2. Min. 8 years in IT service delivery.
  3. Proficient in ITIL frameworks and service management principles.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Certification in ITIL, PMP, or similar is an added advantage.
