In this role, you'll play a critical part in delivering world-class TV, CAST, and Broadband experiences to our customers.

Make an Impact by

1. Executing configurations of the required plans for billing and provisioning purposes within the relevant IT and supporting systems.
2. Overseeing and managing end-to-end delivery by IT and supporting teams, including providing necessary inputs and supporting UAT and production testing.

• Residential TV: support creation of new billing offers, channel launches, discounts, OTT bundle offers, and changes to prices and channels. Also, support changes to the MMIG system for channel management.
• Business TV: support creation of new TV packages in BCC R2 and MMIG, and provide pre-sales and post-sales admin support for deployments.
• CAST: support creation of new billing offers, channel launches, and discounts on CAST.sg platform and Watchcast app.
• Residential Broadband: support creation of new billing offers, VASes, broadband price plans, and hardware offers.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support Video, CAST, and Broadband Product Marketing teams to launch new offers, channels, and bundles. Translate marketing requirements into technical templates for IT, Networks, and support teams.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales admin for Business TV deployments.
• Ensure timely delivery of requests to IT, Network, and Product teams as required by marketing.
• Manage business requirements within resource and timing constraints, ensuring effective communication across teams.
• Understand and manage constraints across various IT teams to achieve desired outcomes.

Skills for Success

• Minimum Degree
• At least 5 years of experience in IT/Networks
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, formulas)
• Basic understanding of IT or Networks domain language is a plus
• Ability to coordinate requirements across different teams
