Job description

This role is part of the Singapore Technology and Digital Services team, focusing on delivering technology services—including applications and infrastructure—to our export markets in Southeast Asia (e.g., Indonesia, Philippines).

The role collaborates with Local IT teams in these markets to manage and enhance existing IT services provided at global and regional levels by internal and external providers. It oversees service quality in designated countries to maintain SLAs and ensure business and user satisfaction.

The role leads information security enforcement and remediation activities in coordination with global and regional security teams.

It also involves scoping, planning, and delivering projects from global/regional IT or regional/local business requests, working with project consultants, service providers, and local IT teams.

The role is part of the APAC SDM Community, ensuring compliance with global and regional standards, processes, and procedures applicable to Singapore and Southeast Asian export markets.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Service Management: Manage incidents, problems, end-user support, and vendor support; review change impacts; own incident and escalation processes; monitor service delivery; ensure customer satisfaction; manage IT assets; support service projects; handle application incident resolution; liaise with support partners.
  • Project Delivery: Govern infrastructure delivery for new sites, manage regional vendors, ensure project alignment with standards, and advise on budgets.
  • Budget and Performance: Recommend service improvements, manage budgets, and monitor performance.
  • Security and Data Protection: Lead security risk remediation, communicate risks, and coordinate data protection initiatives.
  • Audit and Automation: Respond to audit requests, follow up on comments, support automation initiatives, gather requirements, and maintain solutions.

Ideal Candidate
  • 8+ years in Service Delivery Management with infrastructure and application support.
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • ITIL V3/4 Foundation (intermediate or higher preferred), PMP certification is a plus.
  • Organized, proactive, quick learner, problem solver, adaptable under pressure.
