A leading provider of drilling solutions is seeking a Service Delivery Leader for APAC to oversee service fulfillment and manage field services. The role involves enhancing the capabilities of the field service team, ensuring efficient operations, and developing innovative solutions while maintaining key performance indicators. The individual should possess a Bachelor’s degree and substantial relevant experience in the industry.

Level at which a manager manages one or more generally homogeneous teams and adapts department plans and priorities to meet short-term service and/or operational objectives
Overall fulfilment of services in APAC including the delivery of spares and field services.
Services revenue and margin KPIs.
Enhancing the proficiency of the field service team across the HMH product line.
Improving our field service capabilities to offer broader support on the rig.
Creating commercially innovative solutions and new income sources in white spaces.
Maintaining high field service utilization.
Timely and accurate submission of inspection reports and invoices.
Readiness and availability of field service engineers in the region.
Safe and efficient warehouse operations, maintaining HMH 48hour delivery commitment for sweet parts.
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 12 years of relevant experience)
Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant professional level experience. Minimum 2 years of management experience. Knowledge of drilling equipment function, design, dis-assembly, inspection, assembly & testing.
Skills and Abilities: Ability to guide and influence others either internally or externally to adopt a different point of view. Clear thinker with ability to develop, communcate and deliver clear strategy and action plans. Proven troubleshooting and communication experience in a fast-paced environment.
