About the Company

Our Client is a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions serving companies across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a motivated Service Delivery Executive (Logistics) to be a key point of contact for clients, providing customer-centric service to maintain long-term client relationships in the Asia Pacific region.

  • Manage shipment import and export within the Asia Pacific region;
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on service delivery details;
  • Engage in inbound and outbound operational activities;
  • Perform escalating and reporting of deliverables and data input;
  • Work closely with internal teams and departments on review and stocking of inventory;
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to define, plan and execute service improvement projects in a timely manner;
  • Support regional service delivery projects.
Requirements
  • 2 years of relevant experience in the logistics & supply chain industry;
  • Experience managing import and export activities in the Asia Pacific region;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Knowledge of SAP;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented;
  • Able to work well independently, as well as effectively in a team;
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
