Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to join our solution service delivery team.

The Service Delivery Engineer serves as the primary technical and implementation interface between our organization and customers as well as third-party partners, facilitating product deployment and support.

In this role, you will be instrumental in the implementation and support of our software products.

The Service Delivery Engineer possesses a comprehensive understanding of the products and contemporary technologies.

They excel in collaborating with customers and managing the implementation timeline and scope.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for service delivery-related matters.
  • Understand client requirements, generate an implementation plan, and perform the implementation within the designated targets.
  • Collaborate with eco-partners to perform product-product integration.
  • Perform product installation, setup, and testing.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting for issue escalation.
  • Provide standby, operational support, and monitoring for post-implementation.
  • Conduct regular service reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for service enhancement.
  • Drive initiatives to automate and streamline service delivery processes, improving efficiency and scalability.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in IT service management, incorporating relevant innovations into service delivery practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven 3 year experience in a similar role, with a track record of success in IT products & services delivery management.
  • Skilled in leveraging AI tools
  • Strong technical background with expertise in Cloud infrastructure, systems, and networking.
  • Experience in Software and WiFi technologyExperience in Linux, Database, Web Servers and Web application
  • Excellent troubleshooting and logical thinking skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills both in writing & verbal.
  • Independent worker with passion in learning.
  • Positive working attitude & good team player
  • Able to do after office hour jobs occasionally
