Service cum Sales Engineer [CNC machines | Up to $4k Basic]

Responsibilities:

1. Repair and service the company’s equipment and machines within the region.
2. Implement and perform shutdown maintenance at factories or chemical plants where the company's equipment is installed.
3. Install CNC machines and conduct job trials in the region.
4. Manage documentation, including service reports, machine registration, filing, and record-keeping.
5. Provide support for the company's machinery sales efforts.
6. Offer technical support and guidance to customers on the operation and maintenance of the company’s machines.
7. Build and sustain relationships with existing clients, distributors, and dealers.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets.
9. Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Essential:

1. At least 2 years of experience in service or maintenance within the machinery field, with an engineering background.
2. Strong practical skills in factory environments.
3. Willingness to travel overseas (including Malaysia, Indonesia, and India) once or twice a month, based on client needs, as many customers are located abroad.
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in both electrical and mechanical areas.
5. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
6. Capability to understand and explain technical concepts to clients.
7. Excellent communication skills.

Preferred:

1. Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license.
